AHS Art Students Explore Fort Worth Museums
Argyle High School art students recently had the opportunity to explore some of Fort Worth's most iconic art museums. The day began at the Kimbell Art Museum, where students immersed themselves in the rich history of Western art and the captivating MesoAmerican art collection.
Next, the group made their way to the Modern Art Museum, where they experienced contemporary works that sparked new ideas and creative inspiration. The students concluded their tour by channeling their experiences into their own art creations, showcasing the influence of the museums on their work.
It was a memorable day of exploration and artistic growth!

Attention Seniors: FAFSA is OPEN!
FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) for our Seniors has OPENED!
Please know that completing the FAFSA or the FAFSA Opt Out is a graduation requirement for all Seniors 2025 in the state of Texas. The 25-26 FAFSA will be the correct year our seniors will need to file for! The one listed for 24-25 is for students who are currently in college. This is a common error and we want to prevent our families from having to do it twice!
- If you have already completed & "submitted" the 25-26 FAFSA, please send your counselor the confirmation email you received from FAFSA.gov - It should say something like "Congratulations, "The FAFSA Form Is Complete!"
- If you plan to "opt- out" of the FAFSA meaning that you do not plan to apply for grants, loans, or institutional scholarships to pay for college, drop by the counseling office and pick up a "FAFSA Opt Out" form or print/complete this form https://tea.texas.gov/academics/college-career-and-military-prep/opt-outrevised10.2021finalenglish.pdf
- Here is a link to answer any questions about how to fill out the 25-26 FAFSA: https://ahs.argyleisd.com/departments/counseling/fafsa
Please reach out to your counselor and/or use our helpful FAFSA links (above) to clarify.
