Happy New Year! I hope you had a relaxing and enjoyable winter break. As we begin 2025 and the second semester, we’re excited to continue supporting your students’ growth and success.

This semester brings many opportunities for learning and achievement, both in the classroom and through extracurricular activities. Our staff is ready to help students reach their goals and finish the year strong.

We’re proud to highlight our outstanding Math Department this month. These teachers are dedicated to helping students succeed in a wide range of math courses:

• Mr. Lannom teaches Algebra with a focus on helping students gain confidence in their problem-solving skills.
• Mr. Wilhelm teaches Algebra 1, 2, and 3, helping students build a strong foundation in mathematics.
• Mrs. Hudson guides students through Geometry and Advanced Geometry with engaging and practical lessons.
• Mr. Smith challenges students in Pre-Calculus, Advanced Algebra, and AP Calculus, preparing them for higher-level math and beyond.
• Ms. Steele brings her expertise to Algebra 2, Algebra 3, and Geometry, inspiring students with her passion for math.

We’re grateful for their hard work and commitment to our students’ success!

The State-Mandated CCP Meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 14th at 6:00 pm in the cafeteria. All students planning to participate in CCP for the first time next school year, and their parents must attend this meeting.

Join us for Winter Homecoming on Friday, January 18! Our boys’ basketball team will take on Marion Harding, with tip-off at 6:00 PM. Following the game, students are invited to the Homecoming Dance, which will run until 11:00 PM. We’re looking forward to a fun and memorable evening for our students and community!
