PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
Hello Fisher Mitchell Families,
November is always a disjointed month with short weeks. Next week is a full five day week! The week after is not. Monday (11/20) and Tuesday (11/21) are both half days with dismissal at noon and there is no school Wednesday-Friday (11/22-11/24).
Be on the lookout for information from your student’s teacher about the upcoming Parent Teacher Conferences. This is a great opportunity to check in with your student’s teacher to learn about how they are doing in school.
I know it has been advertised, but I wanted to put a plug in for the PTA’s Makers Market this Saturday. It is a lot of fun and a great event to pop into.

CANNED SOUP DRIVE
FMS Canned Soup Drive! November is a good time to be thankful and share what we can with others. Fisher Mitchell is collecting canned soup this month for the Bath Food Bank. Can you send your student to school with a can or two (or more!) this month? We will be collecting cans near the front hall and will have a friendly competition as to who can bring in the most - 3rd grade? 4th grade? 5th grade? FMS or DNS? Let’s see! Bring on the soup!
BATH ELEMENTARY PTA
Join us this Saturday 11/11 at the 5th annual Makers Market from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at Fisher Mitchell.
The PTA is stepping up to the challenge from Phippsburg PTA and coordinating a canned soup drive for the Bath Area Food Bank in the month of November! If families are able to help, you can send a can of any type of soup in with your student any day this month. Which school will collect the most cans? DNS or FMS? Follow us on Facebook to keep track of the can counts!
