Great news! With the sales from the Barnes and Noble Book Fair, we were able to earn $4,200 to use at Barnes and Noble to purchase new books for our school library. Thank you to Ms. Courtney for organizing this event. Thank you to Mrs. Brandner and choir members for singing at the fair. Thank you to all who were able to visit the store and participate in the event. What a success!

We're excited to kick off our "notes of gratitude" project to recognize our wonderful staff here at Ivy. We encourage you and/or your student to complete note(s) of gratitude from now until December 19th for any staff members. Students may drop their notes off at the front desk or you may submit your note(s) of gratitude here. By doing so your family and the staff member you recognize will both be entered into a drawing to win a pie. Pies will be distributed on December 20th. Thank you for spreading kindness this season!

This week during 4th and 5th grade guidance lessons, Mrs. H talked with students about the importance of trusted adults and the Safe2Tell Colorado program. The Safe2Tell Colorado program exists as a safe place for students to anonymously report anything that is concerning or threatening. Please check out Safe2Tell online if you are interested in learning more about the program.

Please stop by and take a look at Ivy's Lost and Found located at the front entry of the school. There are MANY, MANY items that belong to our students. Any items that remain on December 20th will be donated.

Please mark your calendars for Thursday, January 30th from 4:30-7:00 pm for Ivy Stockwell's annual STEM Night. The purpose of the night is for our Ivy families to be involved in our STEM program and to build and create together.

As we plan our event- we are seeking community and family partners. If you have a company or interest that is STEM related and would like to share it at STEM night with kid friendly activities, we would love to have you! Please contact Emily Yenny at emily.yenny@tsd.org

Are you interested in your child being ready for kindergarten? The Thompson School District's Integrated Early Childhood Program provides quality preschool experiences for three and four year olds at 15 different sites around the Loveland and Berthoud area.

If your child will be 3 or 4 years old by October 1, 2025, your child may be eligible to participate in the Thompson School District's Early Childhood Program. We ask all interested families to complete our Preschool Interest Form available on our preschool website. If you have any questions about our program, please call 970-613-5052.
