A message from the principal
Welcome to Trimester 3! It is hard to believe we are in the final trimester of the 23-24 school year. We started off the trimester with a school-wide celebration of meeting our reading goal during 'I Love to Read' month! Because we met our goal, Ms. Moses and I made good on our promise to dress up as book characters. Ms. Beranek's fifth grade class, who read the highest number of minutes, selected 'Thing 1' and 'Thing 2' for us. We enjoyed visiting each classroom to celebrate with students. We also held a school-wide assembly to celebrate our accomplishments and honor some of our top readers. During our assembly, some of our teachers really got into the fun of our space-themed celebration! Students and staffed loved getting together to celebrate our reading. Well done, CBPA huskies!
Trimester 2 report cards are now available online in ParentVue. If you need help accessing your account, you can reach out to our district HELP desk at 763-506-4357.
Please remember that school hours are 9:25 a.m. - 3:55 p.m. Students are allowed into the building at 9:10 a.m. Please do not drop students off before this time. Also, please be mindful that students must be picked up at 4:00 p.m. Thank you for being mindful of safety and considerate of staff by dropping off and picking up on time.

CBPA PTO Silent Auction begins May 9
Once again, CBPA PTO brings you the most popular silent auction south of the river and north of Highway 610! Money raised from this auction supports our fabulous school community through initiatives like the specialty field trips, family events, school assemblies, classroom supplies and mini-grants, teacher and volunteer appreciation, and even playground and technology updates that the district budget may not cover. Watch our Facebook event for sneak previews and updates!
We are accepting auction baskets, certificates, and items now! Does your small business have a product or service to donate? The neighborhood parents want to put together a basket? Contact Katie Maas if you have a donation you’d like to provide!
