FHS students are off to a great start! Students have been demonstrating the values we aspire to at FHS: Honor, Integrity, and Service. I would like to thank Aiden Quick, Ethan Hausenfluck, AJ Trevino, and Jimmy Van Hovel for helping clean up in the bleachers after our home volleyball game on Tuesday night along with participating in a lively student section supporting our team.

We are close to having our Yondr pouches ready for distribution. We appreciate the way our students have responded to the cell phone free environment, and we have already seen a positive impact in student interactions and in student engagement. After receiving some parent feedback on cell phone pick up times, if students have them taken up, we are adjusting the times to 7:30 – 4:00. Campus administrators will be the staff members returning student phones. If parents come to pick up a phone during dismissal, they will need to wait for an administrator to return to the office after completing their duty station. At all other times of the day, we will do our best to meet parents when they arrive, however, we are not always immediately available. Please see the updated policy below.
