STEMShare Stock Up Update!
Thank you for all of your generous donations during our STEMShare Stock Up Contest! We collected an incredible 2,013 food items! Our pantry and our gratitude are overflowing! Mrs. Schara's 5th grade class was our winner with 551 items! They will be enjoying Popsicles with the Principal soon!
We are pleased to offer our STEMShare program to families who need it. STEMShare provides healthy, kid-friendly foods to participating students at the end of each school week. If your family would benefit from a supplemental food bag each Friday, please click here and complete the request form (this information is kept strictly confidential).
Lost and Found
Pictured below are the unclaimed items in lost and found. Please pick up any items you are missing by next week Friday (9/27). Remaining items will be donated or disposed of. We encourage labeling all of your students belongings so that we can return them and they don't end up in Lost and Found!

STEM Family Directory
We are pleased to share our 2024-25 Family Directory! This directory is created to be a useful source of information. It contains phone numbers, email addresses and home addresses of our families. There are some families who preferred not to be included or to omit some information and we honored their request.
This publication is intended for the sole use of Waukesha STEM Academy Elementary Campus families.
THIS DIRECTORY IS NOT INTENDED NOR SHALL PERMISSION BE GRANTED FOR COMMERCIAL USE.

Extra Clothes Required
Please keep a spare set of clothes in your student's backpack in case of spills or other accidents. We keep a few items in the health room but sizes are limited and students prefer their own clothes if they need to change. If your student does come home with a loaned item from the health room, please wash it and return as soon as possible.
STEM Family Volunteers & Social Coordinators
10/13 - Waukesha Unlocked - Parent/Student Volunteers Needed
On the weekend of October 12th & 13th, the City of Waukesha is holding "Waukesha Unlocked." This citywide event provides community members & families the unique opportunity of visiting various buildings throughout Waukesha. On Sunday October 13th, STEM Elementary will be opening its doors to the community to check out what STEM has to offer.
The event is all planned out, but some volunteers are needed to monitor activity stations (Legos, Bluebots, Marble Maze, etc...). Check out the link below to sign up. If you are a guardian of a 4th or 5th grader, consider signing up together as no one can explain how awesome STEM is better than one of our students.

Winter Glow is Almost Here!
With less than two weeks until Winter Glow, Community Action Coalition (CAC) is gearing up for an impactful event season. Winter Glow is an annual program designed to support low-income families with school-aged children during the colder months. Our goal is to ensure that everyone in our community has access to essential resources to stay warm, healthy, and supported throughout the winter.
