Senior of the Week
Athlete of the Week
Scholar of the Week
"The Scholar of the Week for the English Department is Seravin Huang. Not only does Sera have an easy going and fun personality and awesome character, but she is also a hard-working individual who strives to improve and excel in her writing skills. In AP Lang, Sera would participate frequently in class and that has continued into AP Lit. She never hesitates to share her analysis and interpretation or volunteer to read in class. If practice writing is done in class, Sera will always have a thesis statement for me to review and that is just one of many reasons I have seen such growth in her. I am so glad to have Sera again this year and see her growth both academically and socially."

Coach Magnant achieves his 500th Win!
In a moment that will forever be etched on Rowland High School's history, Coach Jake Magnant, the heart and soul of the tennis program, reached his 500th win, a milestone few can only dream of. On a crisp afternoon, with the sun casting long shadows over the courts, his boys' and girls' teams rallied behind him, knowing the weight of the moment. The crowd, a blend of past players and devoted supporters, held their breath as the final point was scored -an electrifying, decisive ace that sealed the victory. As the ball sailed past the opponent, the roar of triumph echoed across the courts. Coach Magnant stood there, a stoic figure amidst the chaos of celebration, the years of sweat, sacrifice, and determination culminating in this single, unforgettable moment. It wasn't just a win; it was a testament to his relentless dedication, his belief in his players, and the legacy he's built -one match, one point, at a time.
