As we reach the end of another remarkable school year, I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering partnership and support. Your dedication and involvement have played a crucial role in making this year a successful and enriching experience for our students.

Thank you for your commitment to your children's education and for the countless ways you've contributed to our school community. Whether it was through volunteering your time, supporting school events, or collaborating with teachers, your efforts have not gone unnoticed. You have helped create a nurturing and vibrant environment where our students can thrive.

As we say goodbye to this school year, I wish you all a wonderful, safe, and restful summer. May it be filled with excitement, relaxation, and memorable moments.

We look forward to welcoming everyone back in the fall, refreshed and ready for another exciting year of learning and growing.

Yearbooks are supposed to be delivered to school before the end of the week. As soon as we get them in we will distribute them to go home. Thank you for your patience!

As we come to the end of the school year, we would like to take a moment to extend our heartfelt congratulations to our beloved school nurse, Cathy Hausel, on her well-deserved retirement. Nurse Hausel has been a pillar of our school community, providing exceptional care and compassion to our students and staff for many years. Her dedication and kindness have touched countless lives, and her presence will be deeply missed. We wish her all the best in her retirement and hope she enjoys every moment of this new chapter in her life.

We also want to take this opportunity to wish the best of luck to the following staff members who will be continuing their education or careers in other places. Their contributions to our school have been invaluable, and their passion for education has inspired both students and colleagues alike. Although they will be greatly missed, we are confident that they will continue to excel and make a positive impact wherever they go. We wish them all the success and happiness in their future endeavors.

Lastly, Edgar Road will be welcoming several new staff members. We are still in the process of hiring for some of the positions and looking for the best fits for Edgar Road. Therefore, additional updates and information will be shared throughout the summer months once candidates have been approved by the Board of Education.

However, please join us in welcoming the following teachers who will be joining our staff. We are excited to have them as part of our school community and look forward to the experience and perspectives they will bring. Their diverse experiences and talents will undoubtedly enrich our educational environment, and we are eager to see the positive contributions they will make. Let's give them a warm welcome and support them as they embark on this new journey here at Edgar Road.

We are excited to inform you that our elementary classes will be participating in a special "Fly Up Day" on Thursday. This event is a wonderful opportunity for students to learn about their new grade level and get acquainted with the expectations and experiences awaiting them in the upcoming school year.

In previous years, students discovered who their new teacher would be during this event. However, this year, we will be announcing class placements in July. We believe this adjustment will allow us to better prepare for the new school year and ensure a smooth transition for all students. Students will have an opportunity to spend time with their teacher in August at Meet the Teacher & School Supply drop off. Parents and guardians will have an opportunity to speak candidly with the teacher at Jumpstart Conferences in August.

As the school year draws to an end, it is important for families to check their student's food service balance in TylerSIS and make any outstanding payments for student meal service.
