Student-Led Conferences
Student-Led Conferences are scheduled for November 25th from 10 AM to 8 PM and November 26th from 8 AM to 1 PM. These take the place of traditional parent teacher conferences and help ensure the main stakeholder in a student's education is present, the students themselves! All parents are invited to attend. If a teacher has any concerns about your child’s progress you will receive an email the week of November 11th inviting you to sign-up for conferences. A link will be included in the weekly update on November 15th to all families to sign-up.
General Information
Literacy
The cold weather is nearly upon us which means it is the time of year when a good book, a warm blanket, and maybe even a cup of hot chocolate are the perfect tools for building a great afternoon. If your student is looking for a good read, the NY Times Best Seller list is a great place to start! Click here for the current best-sellers with links to trailers for each book. Just click the image of the book to watch.
Enjoy and happy reading!
Art Club
Art club sign-up is open for the first two weeks of November.
