Eagles Exclamation
Greetings from Prairie View Middle School
Dear Prairie View Eagle Families:
We have wrapped up the first quarter, which was marked by tremendous student involvement, growth, and achievement. We are looking to continue this trend in the second quarter. We appreciate the hard work displayed by our students and the support from parents and teachers, which has set a strong foundation for the rest of the school year.
We are delighted to announce that we have been recognized as an Apple Distinguished School for inspiring, imagining, and impacting teaching and learning through continuous innovation. This three-year designation is an honor and testimony to our inquisitive teachers and students' quest for learning.
We also received our Illinois School Report Card and a state designation of Commendable. Here is a link to the Illinois State Board of Education website with more information regarding the data supporting that designation. We continue to strive to be counted among the top 10 percent of all Illinois Schools as Exemplary.
As we enter the second quarter, I encourage everyone to stay focused, motivated, and resilient. Let’s support one another, embrace challenges, and aim for even greater accomplishments. Your efforts make our school a special place to learn and grow.
Best regards,
Maura R. BaskovichPrincipal
