LOST PHALANX DAY ITEMS
Mrs. Morgan collected water bottles and sunglasses after Phalanx Day on Friday. If you are missing anything from Phalanx day, please claim it by this Friday or it will be given away to the first person who wants it or thrown away!
SENIOR CHAPEL PRACTICE
Senior Chapel practice will take place on the following dates during tutorials: Monday, April 28, Friday May 2nd, Thursday May 8th, Monday May 12, and Tuesday May 13th.

HIGH SCHOOL STUCO FOR NEXT SCHOOL YEAR

TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK
Teacher appreciation week is coming up, and we would like to show our teachers and staff how much they mean to us by leaving a kind note of encouragement or appreciation. Attached is a google form for you to fill out. You may leave a kind note or word of encouragement to as many teachers and staff as you wish. The deadline to submit is Monday, May 5th at 11 AM. HS StuCo will be distributing the notes on May 8th. Thank you so much for your support and encouragement of our teachers and staff.
NHS INDUCTION PRACTICE
NHS induction practice will be May 6 at 2:45 during tutorials. All members and inductees are required to attend.
RETURNING CHROMEBOOKS
Mrs. Jones will be calling for all Chromebooks on May 16 during B2 and B3. Students should be prepared to turn in their Chromebooks that day. (Please see the attached flyer below) She will contact teachers and request them. Please confirm with your student that all expectations (see flyer below) are met for a smooth collection day!

Advanced Theatre auditions and interviews for the 2025-2026 school year are this Monday, April 28th from 4-8pm!
THESPIAN MEETING

Get pumped for Legacy Christian Academy’s Family Fun Night happening THIS THURSDAY, MAY 1st—a fundraising blast with an old-fashioned cookout, optional sports tournaments (kickball, pickleball, basketball, volleyball), gaming truck, bounce houses, a dunking booth, and more!

8TH GRADE BANQUET
NHS INDUCTION
NHS induction will be May 6 at 7:00pm. Current members and inductees are required to arrive at 6:30. Students are expected to dress nicely. Remember that dress code rules apply.
NJHS INDUCTION
Parents of new NJHS members please find the link below for the formal invitation to the 2025-26 NJHS Induction, Wednesday, 5/7. Members need to be there no later than 7:00am so we can begin promptly at 7:10am. We will practice their lineup Tuesday, 5/6 during lunch. Please contact Mrs. Blackwell if you have any questions.

There will be a meal served at 5:00pm. More information to come.
Please note that for the A-B honor roll and perfect attendance the last day grades and attendance will be will be recognized for these awards is Friday, May 9. However, grades and attendance will still be recorded after this date, which will go toward report card.

ATHLETIC SCHEDULES
All practice information will be available on your sport's Google calendar. You can find the instructions on how to subscribe below. Our Athletics Department has linked specific game schedules under each sport on our website. For example, if you are a high school girl who plays Volleyball, then you would navigate the Athletics section of our website, select High School, and then Volleyball, and under the Schedule dropdown, you will find your "Printable" Live Google Doc Game Schedule. The weekly game schedule is also available in the announcements below. Coaches will communicate through their avenues of choice if there are any changes. The easiest way to view practices and games is with our Legacy App. Make sure to check the calendars and game schedules often to stay up to date.

STANDING ANNOUCEMENTS
USED UNIFORMS
Warrior Friends and Family will be collecting used uniforms to host a used uniform sale during the summer. If you have uniforms that your family is no longer wearing please consider donating.
Used uniforms can be dropped off in the main office.
LCA AMBASSADORS
Students who are interested in applying to be an LCA Ambassador should check their English Google classroom for the application.

FAMILY FUN NIGHT AUCTION
The form to submit a service for auction at the spring Family Fun Night is also in Google Classroom. One day of free dress will be awarded to all students who submit an auction item, three days of free dress will be awarded to all students whose auction item earns at least $75 and the phalanx that earns the most money will have a pizza party at lunch on May 2.

DRESS CODE FOR 2025-2026
The updated dress code policy, which will take effect at the start of the 2025-2026 school year, is available. These changes have been carefully considered to maintain our school's values while ensuring practicality and comfort for our students.
The updated dress code policy includes:
- A simplified dress code for both elementary and secondary
- Chapel Dress uniform is no longer required and is now aligned with the daily uniform.
- As a senior privilege, seniors may wear Friday-approved attire every day of the week.
Uniform Items can be purchased at:

- Gives back 3% of purchases to our school
- Some items will be in stock, while others will need to be ordered, so everyone is encouraged to purchase in June.
- Khaki pants or shorts may be purchased at other locations in the "khaki" color

Legacy Administration
PRINTING
Printing for students is now limited. If a teacher cannot print for students during class, students will have to wait until tutorials (2:45 pm) to come to the office to print things.
Office Printing -
- Items will only be printed in black and white
- Page limit of 10 per student
- Printing allowed only during tutorials
- No printing allowed in the mornings
ITALY TRIP
Only 6 spots left. Once it is full, you will be placed on a waiting list.

Library Days—All secondary students are allowed to visit the library on the elementary campus Tuesday and Thursday from 2:40 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.
Reminder - If books are checked out they need to be returned in a timely manner. .
ABC'S OF SCRIPTURE
Don't forget about the voluntary scripture memorization program that benefits the student and the school. You can read the attached letter for more information and also view the scripture list below.
Student's who are ready to recite the scripture please come by the office to set up a time to do so.

Moms In Prayer will be held on Mondays at 8:00 AM in room 326 (Elementary music room) for all elementary, middle, and high school Legacy moms, grandmas, aunts, etc.
