Adolescent Lit Improvement Pathways
Adolescent Literacy Improvement Pathways for School Leadership (Grades 6-12)
Join this 4-day series to gain the knowledge needed for literacy improvement. We will explore, discuss, collaborate, and examine shifts in practices that impact student success. This professional development series builds knowledge and supports application to lead systems for school improvement.
The Literacy Improvement Pathway consists of ten purposely ordered areas of focus for leveraging literacy and equity for improved student outcomes. The Literacy Improvement Pathway course was developed by the ODEW Literacy Team.
Participants will understand the critical importance of each stop on the pathway through a review of evidence-based practices and related resources to assist with leading literacy in a school or district.
