California Awards Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District Large Grant to Support Universal Sports Institute at Parkview School
The Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District is thrilled to announce that it has been selected by the State of California and the California Department of Education to receive a $200,000 Golden State Pathway Program (GSPP) Planning Grant to support its new Sports Medicine Pathway through the Universal Sports Institute (USI) at Parkview School.

In a heartwarming display of creativity and community, the Yorba Linda High School art department recently hosted an unforgettable event for Sierra Vista’s first graders. This collaborative project brought together young artists and high school ceramics students in a delightful fusion of imagination and craftsmanship. The event began with Sierra Vista’s first-grade class drawing imaginative monsters. These unique creations were then skillfully brought to life by the talented YLHS ceramics students, who transformed the drawings into clay figures.
