Principal Message
Hello Macon Families,
I hope everyone has had a wonderful weekend, and getting ready for our last week before our Winter Break. This week will continue to be a busy one for us as we have our Math End of Semester Checkpoint for Grades 3-5, Science ACP for our 5th grade students, our Holiday Winter Program, and Holiday Classroom parties. As always, please ensure your child is coming to school daily and on time so they are able to get all assessments completed, and also receive instruction daily. This Thursday evening, December 19th, will be our Holiday Winter Program led by our music teacher, Ms. Cline. Our Pk-2 program will be from 5:00pm-5:45pm, and our 3rd-5th program will be from 6:15pm-7:00pm. Parents we are asking that you stay through the entire program please (even if your child has already performed that way we are not interrupting the program with people getting up and leaving.) Classroom parties will be held this Friday, December 20th, from 11:00am-12:00pm. Parents you may drop off any goodies that the teacher has requested, or you would like to bring in the main office Friday morning. Also, Friday will be an early release day for all students at 12:15pm. There will not be any after-school programs this Friday, due to early release. A huge thank you to our PTO and parent volunteers that made our holiday pictures with the Grinch and Cindy Lou Who a huge success, we cannot wait to share the pictures with you all! Wish everyone a happy holiday season filled with many blessings and joy!
