March
March 07, 2025
FROM MRS. BILDEN, INTERIM PRINCIPAL
Dear Parents,
As we step into March, the weather continues to amaze me! I hope Spring really is here! We do know that the weather can change quickly so please review our dress code policy to ensure students are dressed appropriately as we transition into spring. Additionally, please keep an eye on our school calendar for updates on upcoming scheduled days off and special events.
As a staff, we have been reflecting on recent assessments to identify areas of strengths and areas that we could improve upon. I thank our teachers for their focus on creating an engaging learning environment and making sure our rules and procedures are clear.
A strong partnership between parents and the school is vital to the success of our students. Please remember that parent-teacher conferences are coming up on March 27th from 3:30-6:30. We look forward to collaborating with you as a team. If you are unable to attend, please don't hesitate to reach out to your child’s teacher to set up an alternate time.
Thank you for your continued support!
Wishing everyone a wonderful March!

READING MONTH ACTIVITIES
BLIND DATE WITH A BOOK
n February, students were invited to participate in "Blind Date with a Book." Books were wrapped in paper with identifying descriptions of their themes and subjects. Students selected their interest and filled out a "Rate Your Date" comment card following the book. Participating students were entered into a drawing for prizes to kick off Reading Month this March. Our first "Blind Date with a Book" winners were Alyssa Hoyles, Ruthie Rarick, and Violet Hoyles. Thank you to everyone who participated in this event. Stay tuned for the library's March Madness bracket coming soon!
