Tonight, we had the pleasure of welcoming over 500 rising 9th graders to our First Annual Freshman Focus Event! The evening was brimming with excitement, invaluable information, and a chance for our new students to get acquainted with the lay of the land and the vast opportunities high school offers.
Mark your calendars for our Open House on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, from 5-7 pm. We're eagerly anticipating this event, especially as we prepare to welcome the largest class in RHHS history! Our growth, coupled with our unwavering commitment to excellence, brings a thrill in countless ways.

Key Points for Success:
- Attendance: Regular attendance is crucial for student achievement.

New Student Chromebook Distribution
New Student Chromebook Distribution
RHHS is a 1:1 learning environment, which means that all students utilize a learning device daily in their classroom settings. RHHS has issued school bought Chromebooks or allowed the student to use their own registered personal laptop for 7 years now and all teachers utilize this educational resource extensively in their learning environment.
Rising Freshman and students new to RHHS are strongly recommend to get a device registered, a personal laptop or school issued Chromebook, before the start of school. Though students can still get a device registered after school starts, it can be a timely process when so many other students are trying to do this at the same time with limited staff availability. No teacher wants their students to miss instructional time for this if avoidable.
Device Registration Information
> Dates: July 25, 26, 30, 31
> Times: 10AM-4PM
> Location: Room 702, RHHS West Campus
> Device Permission Form (Printable PDF)
Reminder, the receiving student must be present to have any device registered to them and must submit a signed "Student Device Acceptable Use Guidelines" form by the guardian and student at the time of registration. They will not issue a device to a parent or anyone other than the student.
2024-2025 Parking Information
Rising seniors, juniors and sophomores who meet the qualifications are able to purchase parking permits beginning for $65. Please review the qualifications and important information HERE.
