Nurse's Note 🩹
Nurse Esip’s Notes:
Hello and Happy New Year!
The weather continues to be cold, we try to go outside if possible for recess so please send your student with proper outerwear (coat, hat, gloves) so they are comfortable to play outside.
There has been an increase in cases of RSV, and some cases of stomach illness as well.
Please remember to keep your child home until 24 hours after they have a fever, diarrhea or vomiting. If they are coughing so much they can't stop, it is best to get it checked out prior to coming to school.
Here are some helpful links for common illnesses we see at school:
Thank you!!

Physical Literacy - Move to Learn 👟
Physical Literacy–Move to Learn!!
Physical literacy is essential for elementary school students as it not only helps them develop fundamental motor skills like running, jumping, and throwing but also fosters a love for physical activity. Physical literacy enhances a child’s self-confidence and social interaction which helps to contribute to a well-rounded and confident individual. Physical literacy enhances students’ cognitive development, fostering improved concentration, problem-solving skills, and overall academic performance.
