Tribe Cards are now digital and can be purchased through GoFan. Simply download the GoFan app, search for our school, select Tribe Card, and purchase yours for $25. Students can now use their phones as tickets to every LFO home game this year. Tribe Cards are for LFO students only and are non-transferable.

*A limited number of physical Tribe Cards will be on sale for students with cash or without phones. See Mr. Ortwein at the beginning of lunch in the main office.

Seven different Lady Warriors drove in runs in a 16-4 win over Ridgeland! Lakely Parrish had a career night hitting for the cycle and tossing 11 strikeouts.

LFO Athletics is excited to raffle a 2016 Kia Soul worth $12,000! Tickets are $25 and the winner will be announced at halftime of the LFO/Murray County football game on November 1st (winner does not have to be present). There are no limits to the number of tickets that can be purchased. Must be 18 to purchase, terms and conditions apply.

Attention all students! If you are interested in joining the Superintendent's Student Advisory Council for this academic year, don't miss out. Submit your application by Friday, September 20th. Check out the following graphic for more information on how to apply. Meeting dates are scheduled for October 30th, February 5th, and April 30th, from 2:30-3:45 at the College and Career Academy.

Student drop-off and pick-up is at the back of the school's campus. Students will enter and exit through the 500 hall.

Attention all students! As the school day comes to an end, your safety remains our top priority. When leaving the school premises, please make use of the designated crosswalk and adhere to safety procedures. Let's work together to ensure a safe journey home for everyone.

Warriors, Please mark you calendars to plan ahead for 1/2 day on Friday, September 20th. LFO will dismiss at 11:45 for the 1/2 day. Let's make sure everyone is prepared for the schedule change and can plan their day accordingly.

Exemptions for finals will be based on unexcused absences and grades in each course. Since exemptions will be based on unexcused absences, it is important to send notes to excuse absences. Notes must be turned in to the attendance clerk within ten days of the absence.

Students may be exempt from finals if:

3 unexcused absences with an A in the course

2 unexcused absences with a B in the course

1 unexcused absence with a C in the course

0 unexcused absences with a D in the course

Join us for the LFO Homecoming Parade on Thursday, October 10th! The parade kicks off at 6:00 PM and promises to be an evening full of school spirit, excitement, and community pride.

Class of 2024 Seniors may pick up their purchased 2024 Yearbook at the LFO front office starting Monday, 8/26/24. The office is open 8-4. You may send a family member to pick your book up, but please let Ms. Malone know via email.
