A note from the principal...

The most important and significant factor contributing to an elementary school's academic outcomes is the amount of time that students are exposed to literature at home. Reading at home, hearing rich vocabulary at home, and being read to at home are the foundations to academic success. It has been said that reading lots of books is the ticket to college. I don't believe that statement goes quite far enough. Books are the gateway to so much more. We don't know the life path for our elementary children, but we can certainly immerse them in text and make our homes a hub for rich literature experiences.

Parent Pickup Parking

Please help us during dismissal:

Park behind the building near the parent pickup area or on the far side of the building (red parking spaces). The bus lot, main lot, and spaces along the playground and basketball courts are closed to parent pickup.
Leave campus immediately after picking up your child. The playgrounds are not open to the public on school days until 6:00pm. Do not take your child to play during dismissal.
