Mental Health Services Available
Our District is sharing this video (SPANISH and ARABIC) to inform students and families that our school counselors can refer students to a number of different resources. In addition, we want our students to know that day-to-day care for their mental health is very important.
Students who are involved in activities outside of the classroom report being more healthy mentally. Whether it’s playing sports, exploring their artistic genius, or joining a club with students who share their interests, there are many opportunities at our school to grow, get connected, and stay healthy.
In 2024, the San Diego County Office of Education is also partnering with Rady Children’s Hospital on a webinar series for parents around student mental health. You will find more information about this webinar series here.
