We're all in this together!
It is with the utmost respect and consideration for our shared community that we wish to emphasize the importance of being a kind and thoughtful neighbor, particularly in areas surrounding our elementary school. Ensuring the safety of our children is our goal, and this includes adhering strictly to posted speed limits, school zones, and crosswalks. Please remain extra vigilant for young ones walking, biking, scootering, or darting out between cars . By driving cautiously, slowly, and keeping a watchful eye, we can collectively create a safer and more welcoming environment for everyone. Thanks for doing your part!
From the PTO - Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week
Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week is just around the corner! This year we are celebrating May 5th-9th and we’re excited to celebrate our amazing educators. To make this week extra special, we are looking for volunteers to help with organizing events, providing treats, and showing our appreciation in meaningful ways.
If you are able to assist in any capacity, whether it’s setting up, helping with decorations, or organizing a day, we would greatly appreciate your support!
Please reach out to Claudia Provine (claudiaprovine@gmail.com) if you’re interested in volunteering or have any questions. Thank you so much for your time and support!
Thank you BMES Community!
Thank you to everyone that came to Blue Mountain last night for the Green Team Eco-Brick making event! We were able to make 39 Eco-Bricks together to use in our Little Library!
Each Eco-Brick is stuffed with plastic to weigh 200 grams in order to give it the best density for use as building blocks for projects. Our Green Team is planning to construct a Free Little Library in conjunction with Sustainable Resilient Longmont.
