We must all suffer from one of two pains: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret. The difference is discipline weighs ounces while regret weighs tons.β

Notes for Contest
- We will need someone to drive a box trailer for each contest. It would help if it would end up being the same person because of the process of renting it, however, that isn't absolutely required. If you are able and willing please email me at rgoodnight@p-t.k12.ok.us
- We will need as many canopies as possible for contest. These first couple of contests can be hot, so we need to provide as much shade as we can.
- If you have a generator, we always could use 1-2 to help with food things and other needs throughout the contest day.
- Each contest has wristband cost to spectate. Please plan ahead for cash in case they don't take card. Stadium seats will also make it a much more comfortable day when watching bands. Also, don't forget to bring your lawn chairs for the "campsite."
- Bonus points if someone has the ability to get a TV going with some football :)
Thank you for your continued support and dedication. Let's keep the rhythm going and make beautiful music together!
πΆ Have a fantastic week, and see you at rehearsal! πΊπ·
Warm regards,
Mr. Goodnight π΅
Band Non-Negotiables
- First-Class
- We will be a "First-Class" organization in everything we do. How you behave, treat one another, treat equipment, and treat the band room all matters to what we stand for as a team.
- Inspire
- We aim to inspire everyone that listens to the HS Band. This means that every note is important to us from the warm up to the halftime show.
- Relentless
- We are relentless supporters of the Perkins-Tryon Demons! We get loud and rowdy in support of our own in every chance we get.
