Next Week Mathematics MCAS

Next week our third and 4th graders will be taking their mathematics MCAS in another week. They did a great job with the ELA test and will now finish off the state testing on the dates below:

Grade 3 - Mathematics MCAS - Monday May 13th and Tuesday 14th

Grade 4 - Mathematics MCAS - Wednesday May 15th and Thursday 16th

Incoming Kindergarten Events

Our transition for incoming kindergarten families begin in May with a parent informational evening and kindergarten screening. If you have a student or know a family of an incoming kindergarten student, please encourage them to register so they can be informed of upcoming events.

Thank you BSA for this week's 1st Grade and Kindergarten Enrichment

Our first grade students had a wonderful enrichment visit from the Massachusetts Audubon and students extend their learning in combination with standards-based science content with the joy and excitement of learning about nature and animals.

Byam Art Night

Thank you to everyone who attended Byam Art Night on Thursday May 9th! It was a wonderful event celebrating the creativity of all our artists at Byam School!

And a special thank you to our Byam art teacher Amy Brown for a wonderful engaging event!

Thank you also to all our families who volunteered and helped with this week's Scholastic Book Fair.

Thank you for our Teacher Appreciation Luncheon

Thank you to our BSA and families for a wonderful lunch spread for staff today! It was all delicious and we appreciate you appreciated our wonderful teachers!
