A Message from Your Principal
"Juneteenth-We Shall Overcome!
"Science is Everywhere!"
Dear PS 233 Families/ Students,
Dear Families and Students,
“Struggle is a never-ending process. Freedom is never really won; you earn it and win it in every generation.” – Coretta Scott King
As we approach the final weeks of the school year, we encourage all students to stay focused, engaged, and committed to excellence. Consistent attendance is key to ensuring a strong finish, and every day in school matters.
This week, students will embark on projects and research exploring the significance of Juneteenth—a historic day commemorating freedom and resilience. Understanding our history empowers us to shape a brighter future, and we are excited to see our scholars engage in meaningful learning experiences.
We invite all families to join us for our Juneteenth Assembly on Thursday, June 12th as we celebrate and honor this important day. Please see the schedule below for details. Your presence and support make a difference!
Let’s finish the year strong—together. We look forward to celebrating, learning, and growing with you.
