Dear Bateman Families & Friends,
We were thrilled to see so many families at our most well attended Curriculum Night to date! Seeing families engaged in their child's education excites us for the year ahead.
This week, our school was honored for Counselor Rivera's incredible work supporting our middle schoolers on their journey to high school. She received Gold Recognition for her advising efforts that focus on supporting students in reaching high completion of Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) for 6th through 8th Graders. ILPs are a set of grade specific activities programmed within the district’s postsecondary platform, that support students in developing the knowledge and applied skills necessary to succeed in college and career. Our annual "Road to High School Selection" outline will be released in the upcoming weeks! We are fortunate to have Ms. Rivera as the spearhead of these important steps in our middle schoolers' and their family's lives. Congratulations, Ms. Rivera!
Warm regards,
Ms. Davos & Ms. Kloepper
