A Message From Mr. Johnson:
Hello Sandhill Families,
This past week was truly special, and I’d like to take a moment to reflect on the highlights:
Our Veterans Day Assembly was a meaningful event as we honored and celebrated the veterans in our Sandhill community. Thank you to all the veterans who joined us for sharing their stories and service. Your contributions inspire us, and we are so grateful for your presence.
We were also thrilled to host Author Aaron Reynolds! His energy, creativity, and storytelling left a lasting impression on our students and staff. It was a memorable experience that sparked joy and excitement about books and writing. We're so grateful for our Working For Kids for funding this awesome experience.
Below, you’ll find photos of our Golden Stella winners from the past month! These classes earned golden trophies for demonstrating positive behavior and following our three school rules: Be Respectful, Be Responsible, and Be Safe. We’re so proud of their hard work and teamwork!
This week, we are excited to welcome back Ms. Weaver! We are so grateful for the support Ms. Cina provided while Ms. Weaver was on leave. Thank you, Ms. Cina, for everything you’ve done for our students and staff.
As always, thank you for your ongoing support of our Sandhill community. Have a wonderful week, and please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions!
Warm regards,
Bob / Mr. Johnson

Art To Remember
Dear Sandhill Families,
The window for getting free shipping for your Art to Remember items closes on Monday, November 18. Don't miss out on this chance to save on shipping. Look in your student's red folder for a reminder slip that has your order code on it.
If placing your order now is not in the budget, don't worry, you can still place orders at any time during the school year. You will have to pay to have it shipped to your address.
Thank you for supporting our student artists!!!

WFK Updates
WFK Updates
Hello Sandhill Families & Friends!
We are proud to be partnering with the WFK groups from Kegonsa and Fox Prairie again this year to help make the holidays special for Stoughton families in need. Starting Saturday, November 23, Giving Trees will be found at Next Generation, Wildwood, Stoughton Floral, Level Up Fitness, and Kicks Unlimited/Stoughton's Best Afterschool & Summer Camp.
Our Giving Tree will also be up during the Shop Small Saturday event on 11/30 and Victorian Holiday Market on 12/7, from 9am-5pm both days at Public Chorus House! For those two days, we are looking for volunteers to be present and answer any questions shoppers may have!
Volunteer for the Giving Tree on 11/30 or 12/7!
Pick a tag from one of these trees and drop off the unwrapped gifts at either Next Generation during their regular business hours or at Sandhill Elementary School during school hours. Unwrapped gifts need to be dropped off by Thursday, December 12! The tags have all the information you need regarding what you are shopping for.
Finally, we will be doing a gift sorting on Friday, December 13 at Sandhill! We need donations of wrapping paper and tape and are looking for a few volunteers to help sort gifts! This is a fun and easy way to help get involved and support families in our community!
Donate gift wrap or help with gift sorting!
Thank you in advance for supporting our Annual Giving Tree!
