All students wanting to park on campus must fill out this form AND have a parking permit.

Permits are available from bookkeeping.

**Purchase your tickets on GO FAN.

**No cash will be accepted. All tickets must be pre-purchased before entry.

**CHS ASB Card Holders get in for FREE for home games. Must show ID card.

Tickets must be pre-purchased for ALL athletic competitions that charge entry fee's. No cash will be accepted at the event gate.
