Important Reminders for All Parents:
- Morning Arrival: Please drop off scholars at 8:00 am. Football or other balls are banned. There should be no playing around as this creates a safety hazard and concern.
- Afternoon Dismissal: Please pick up scholars at 3:50 pm. It is important that we clear the school as quickly as possible to ensure the safety of our scholars.
- Intake: All items the scholar needs for the day including for practice and performances, need to be checked through the security check in the morning during the arrival of the scholars. Deliveries throughout the day will not be allowed.
- Cellphones need to be off and in the backpack during intake. Cellphones are to remain off and not visible throughout the day (District Policy). If cellphones are visible, they will be sent to the office and parents will have to pick them up after school.
- The office is closed daily from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm to support the scholars with dismissal. Due to the proximity with dismissal time, we ask that scholars are not removed out of the school from 3:00-3:50 pm and wait for the formal dismissal at 3:50 pm. Thank you.
