WMS would like to announce that all designated ELL (English Language Learner) students will complete the WIDA/ACCESS during the week of 1/27. ELL students taking WIDA/ACCESS will be given time to complete any assignments or tests missed due to testing. A letter was sent home with your ELL student this week!

It's that time of year again! Waccamaw Middle School will participate with the Georgetown County Sheriff's Office in the Fifth Annual Polar Plunge for Special Olympics on February 1st. Join us at the Litchfield Inn to take the plunge with Sgt. Lopez, Mrs. Haynes, Mr. Meyer, and some of our brave Warriors. Registration that day starts at 10am, and we plunge at 11:30am. Our school has been the top fundraiser out of all the GCSD schools the past three years and we want to continue that tradition.
