Dear Huskie Community,

The spring is full of short weeks and odd schedules and this week is no exception. This is a reminder that we do not have school on Friday. With so many days off and long weekends, please encourage your students to be in school each day school in session.

There is a lot of important information below. Please take a few moments to give it a read.

A Senior Celebration THANK YOU!
The 2025 Senior Celebration Exec Board extends our deepest appreciation to our Committee Chairs, Parent Volunteers, NNHS Staff and donors who made Saturday’s Senior Celebration an amazing night for our Senior Class of 2025. The evening created unforgettable memories for all who attended. Thank you all for your time and dedication to our Huskie Community. Home & School Executive Board

The proposed slate for the Home & School Executive Board for 2025-26 is:

Voting on the slate will take place at the next H&S meeting on Wednesday, April 23.

Huskie Thrift Store Resale Shop: Looking to do some spring cleaning in your closets? Donate you or your student's old Huskie spiritwear between April 7 and April 21 to collection bins in Room 262.All items should be washed and in good condition. Student Goverment is sponsoring a HUSKIE THRIFT STORE RESALE SHOP during lunch periods on April 22-23 (cash only). All proceeds go to the Class of 2025!

2025-2026 School Year Elections:

Last Chance! Student Government is about to begin an election cycle for next school year. All interested Freshman-Juniors may apply to run by attending the informational meeting on Monday, April 14th after school at 3:15 pm. These meetings are held in Room 262. Please see Mr. Nierman or Ms. Hitzeman for more information.

WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Let's create the best game day experience for our fans and guests. All Boosters members are encourage to lend a helping hand and sign up for at least one concession stand volunteer opportunity this year. Concession sales will be available at multiple sporting events this spring including Water Polo, Boys Volleyball, Girls Soccer, lacrosse, Boys Varsity Baseball, Girls Varsity Softball, Boys & Girls Track and Field. ALL PROCEEDS from concessions go right back to our athletics and activities at NNHS to enhance and enrich our program. Senior Sign Distribution
Volunteers Needed! Please sign up to help distribute graduation signs to senior's yards! It is SUPER EASY - MINIMAL TIME COMMITMENT and a FAVORITE TRADITION for the graduating Huskies! You don't have to be a senior parent to help! Senior Sign pick up is May 1st (4-5:30 NNHS Commons) and sign distribution is May 1st-4th at your convenience. SpringBoard Summer Series
Now accepting applications - The application period is open until April 12 for the SpringBoard Summer Series, offered by KidsMatter and community partners. Students 16 and older with interests in healthcare, pharmacy, construction management and trades, or physical and life sciences can apply for career exploration sessions including for some college class credit and field experiences.
