School starts at 8:40am. We allow students to enter the building at 8:30am. If your student is arriving after 8:40 you must come into the front office and sign your child in.

In order to ensure the safety of all children, each person entering the building must enter and register their visit in the main office. No one can enter the school building at any other location so please always bring your ID to the main office and use the buzzer to notify the office that you are here. Visitors will be asked for picture identification, We do utilize a computerized security program that screens driver’s licenses for additional safety. Upon registering, visitors will be given a sticker badge that must be applied and visible on their person. Visitors are only permitted to be in the location noted on the pass. For example, if you are volunteering in the classroom, you cannot leave and go visit another student or teacher. In addition to these safety measures, we have a School Resource Officer (SRO) that is a part of our everyday staff. Our SRO works closely with our students and staff to ensure that we are safe. We take the safety and security of our children very seriously, and unfortunately due to previous events we have protocols in place to ensure the safety of everyone, We realize that the procedures may inconvenience some individuals, but we assure you that it is for the best interest of everyone. It is our intention to inform everyone of these procedures prior to a situation that may cause an inconvenience.

Be sure to register for Boosterthon and get those pledges in! Our Fun Run is September 20 but prizes for pledges have already started going out. Help us reach our goal of $10,000 and the whole school gets a visit from the dreamy whip truck.

Taking an educational trip? Submit an educational enhancement opportunity form to request that the missed school days be excused (this isn't a guarantee that the absences will be excused, simply a request)

On September 4th we will host curriculum night here at Stephens, parents will have the opportunity to learn about what our teachers are teaching this year. You can choose 4:30, 5, 5:30, or 6 time slots. Messages will be sent out soon to register for a time slot but the slide show below is a peak at what our Unified Arts classes are teaching this year.
