Medication Pick Up

Medication Pick up Information

If your student has medication in the health office: medication needs to be picked up on or before June 6th at Summit. After June 6th, medications can be picked up at the District Office in Building 13 until June 24th. All medication will be discarded if not picked up by this date.


A new physician’s medication order must be signed for the upcoming school year. Please click on the following link for Authorization for the Administration of Medication form:

One form is needed for each medication checked in. Orders for 25/26 school year need to be dated after June 6 2025.


If your student will be attending any TVUSD summer programs ( ESY, Summer School, ELOP ect ), it is your responsibility to bring all medications/ medical supplies/ copy of the physician's orders to the program on their first day of attendance.

TVUSD Annual Family Update

Only for TVUSD Students who are currently Enrolled and Attending


It is now time to complete your Annual Family Update in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal. This update is REQUIRED FOR ALL STUDENTS RETURNING TO TVUSD FOR THE 25/26 SCHOOL YEAR.

Any student who does not have a completed Annual Update:

  • may not be enrolled in a class for the 25/26 school year
  • may not receive a schedule
  • and may not be able to participate in school business days in August.

It is imperative that all families complete the Annual Family Update as soon as possible to prevent any delay in your child's enrollment for the next school year.

As TVUSD begins planning for the 25/26 school year, we would appreciate it if you could take a moment to let us know if your child(ren) WILL NOT be returning for next school year. If your student(s) will be continuing their enrollment within any TVUSD, there is no need to complete the questionnaire. We appreciate your time. The school sites will be reaching out to families with the formal withdrawal process.

Device Insurance - OPTIONAL but recommended

TVUSD is happy to offer students and their families device insurance. We know that things happen and so we offer insurance to give you peace of mind knowing that you're covered should something occur. The cost is $30 per device for the 25-26 school year.
