Principal's Message
Dear Parents,
Students who were present every single day during the CAASPP testing window were recognized with a special treat—they received an ice pop, and they were absolutely ecstatic! We’re proud of their dedication and thankful for your continued support in helping them show up each day ready to learn.
With just three weeks left in the school year, let’s stay focused and make every day count. Attendance is still important—each day brings valuable learning and meaningful experiences.
We’re also celebrating the end of the year with a variety of PBIS fun events, including art parties, dance parties, extra recess, and more! These celebrations reward students for their positive behavior and help keep the energy high as we wrap up the school year.
Our teachers were truly touched by the thoughtful gifts, flowers, and kind words of gratitude they received from students—thank you for helping make them feel so appreciated!
Thank you again for your continued support!
Warmly,
Mrs. Herrera
Principal

Olympic Day Need Parent Volunteers
Parent Volunteers Needed for Olympic Day! 🏅
Join us for Olympic Day on Thursday, May 29, 2025, from 8:30 to 11:30 AM—a fun-filled morning of races, relays, and laughter at Wagner-Holt! Students will rotate through over 15 exciting events, from the 50-yard dash and tug-of-war to silly challenges like tricycle races and “Yikes! There’s a Creature on My Head!”
We need enthusiastic parent volunteers to help supervise the events. Come ready with water and sunscreen—you’ll get your assignment at 8:00 AM. Please note: we ask that you not bring younger children, as you’ll be actively involved throughout the morning.
Want to help? Return the volunteer slip to the school office, and thank you for making this event unforgettable!
Summer Chromebook Care
Summer Chromebook Care – Important Reminders for Families
As students take their Chromebooks home over the summer, please help them care for their devices by following these important tips:
-
Keep food and drinks away from Chromebooks to prevent damage.
-
Shut down the Chromebook when not in use and store it in a safe place, away from small children and pets.
-
Do not take the Chromebook on vacation—leave it at home in a secure spot.
-
Avoid hot locations, especially leaving it in a car.
-
Return Chromebooks in good condition in the fall. Lost or damaged devices and chargers may result in a fee.
Thank you for helping keep our technology safe and ready for the new school year!
Lost and Found
Attention Parents:
We currently have over 60 jackets, sweaters and other items at Wagner Holt. If your child is missing a jacket or sweater, please stop by the campus before or after school to retrieve it. Any unclaimed items left by the end of the school year May 30th will be donated to Goodwill.
Thank you for your cooperation!
