Take your child to the Library Day
Bring a child in your life to the library on Saturday, February 1. We will have fun activities for the entire family. The February “Off the Shelf” packages for all ages will be available for check out, come make a Valentines exchange box and pick out new books to work towards your 2025 reading challenge. Come watch the 3D printer work during the day. One lucky patron who visits the library on Saturday will win a 3D printed toy.
Cook the Book, February 3, 6pm.
In February, Cook the Book is back to cooking out of a Cookbook from the library. On Monday, February 3, we will be preparing and sharing items out of "The Complete Cooking for Two" cookbook from America's Test Kitchen. Cherry Tomato Salad with Basil and Fresh Mozzarella, Spinach Calzone, Sauteed Pork Chops with Pears and Blue Cheese and Key Lime Pie are ready for you to choose.

Book Club for Foodies
Introducing a new book discussion group to Gutekunst Public Library. Book club for Foodies. Every other month starting February 24, 2025 at 7pm, we will read and discuss a book about food or foodie people. Our first selection will be "A History of the World in 6 Glasses" by Tom Standage. Copies are available now at the library.
