Happy 100th Day of School!

Dear Delaney Families,

It's hard to believe we have been in school for 100 days! I guess it's true when we say, "Time flies when you are having fun!"

WPS Literacy Week

Family Literacy Night will be held on Thursday, February 28 from 5:30-7:00.

The PTO Scholastic Book Fair will take place during the week of February 25.

Literacy Week Spirit Days

Monday: Crazy Sock Day

Tuesday: Mismatched Clothes Day

Wednesday: Crazy Hair Day

Thursday: Dress as your favorite book character

Friday: Dr. Seuss Day- wear red and white

REMINDER

Cold and flu season is upon us and the health office has been very busy. We ask that you please assess your child closely for signs of illness before sending him/her to school. A child should be fever free for 24 hours without medication before returning to school. This will help keep our fellow students and staff stay healthy.

Annual MA DESE Report Cards

In accordance with the federal Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), each state is required to publish a report card for each district and school in the state to highlight the current strengths and areas for growth. This year, the DESE is in the process of updating the report card format and they are expected to be posted on the School/District Profile page of the DESE website in February. You will receive the links to the school and district report cards via email through Blackboard Connect and you may also request a hardcopy from the school offices.
