Happy Friday Bulldog Families,

Our first three days of school have been A-MAY-ZING! Our students are already learning and exhibiting our Bulldog GROWL. They have jumped into this year with both feet and we are so excited to see them grow. We couldn't have asked for a better start to the school year!

Parents, I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful start to the school year. Thank you for your positivity that flooded our halls on the first day of school and your patience as our students learn the dismissal process. Each day gets a little faster!

The past three days have been an incredible experience, and it’s all thanks to the dedication and support of each and every one of you. It's clear that our school community is united in its passion for creating an engaging and supportive environment for everyone. We say it all the time, but it's because we mean it, "BWE is the best place to be!" Our staff, students and parents are the reason why. #bettertogether

I’m excited about the journey we’re embarking on together and am confident that with this kind of energy and spirit, we’ll achieve great things.

Elementary school start times for our district have changed.

Volunteers in CISD must complete the district application each year. The application is linked here for your convenience.

Are you interested in being a room parent? If you are, please use the QR code to complete the application. All room parents must complete the Volunteer in CISD applications.

Our little bulldogs will be learning routines and procedures during the first couple of weeks of school. Mark your calendar! Opening day for lunch visitors is coming soon!

Grandparents are invited to bring lunch or purchase lunch in the cafeteria for this special day.

Summer break is over, but Texas summer heat is not. Below are our district's excessive heat guidelines, that govern our participation in outdoor activities, during high temperatures.

Birthdays are the best days and we love to celebrate at BWE! We do not however, host birthday parties at school. Parents may send gift bags of inedible items (pencils, bubbles, party favors) for students to share with their class. Edible items may be sent, inedible items are preferred. Due to allergies and dietary restrictions, edible items MUST be store bought with a legible nutrition label.

Students arriving after 7:55 a.m. are marked tardy.

Early check-out ends @ 2:30 p.m.

All transportation changes should be emailed to birnhamwoods@conroeisd.net.

Changes must be received by 2 p.m.
