Returning Voicemails and Emails
Our teachers and advisors are teaching classes and planning lessons and are not always able to answer your phone call or return your emails right away. Our school day is from 8:30am-4:00pm. Please make note of this friendly reminder from our School Handbook: Teachers (and advisors) will respond to student and parent emails within 24 hours of receipt. Note: This does not include after-hours, holidays, testing days, or weekends.
- Examples of return-email: “Parent emails at 7 pm on Monday. Teacher returns at 9 am on Wednesday.” This is permissible because the teacher would not receive email until Tuesday morning at 9 am.
