1. Homecoming Information
This is also our HOCO Rally.
Dance ticket price includes DJ, 5 different rides, specialty treats, and much more!
Flip flops, sandals, slides. They all work! Let the toes breathe!
Wear it to school then bring it to the game!
Remember, lunchtime rally for your student section wristband!
All purchased tickets are on 5Star.
No Guest Passes can be purchased at the door.
GOHS students can purchase tickets at the door for $100.
2. Club News
Club Approvals
Come to the WSB room for getting your club approved.
When - Monday morning, 7:45am, September 9th
New clubs - be prepared to pitch your club and bring your signed paper from the club constitution.
Renewing clubs - bring your signed paper from the club constitution AND PRESENT!!
All clubs must complete the club constitution, new or renewal.

3. GOHS Celebrations
Congratulations Mrs. Vargas - Staff of the Week!
WSB weekly celebrates a staff member that our students would like to spotlight for their amazing contributions to Great Oak Campus Culture.
This past week WSB celebrates Mrs. Vargas!
She was chosen for this award because of her hard work and dedication to this school and her help with first day of school activities! We would also like to recognize her work with GOHS’s NAMI and French National Honors Society.
Mrs. Vargas has been a Great Oak staff member since 2018 We appreciate you!!
Class of 2025 September Student of the Month - Jonathan Tafoya!
Congratulations to Jonathan Tafoya, Great Oak High School September Student of the Month.
Jonathan was selected by Great Oak High School for representing areas of S.P.I.R.I.T.
What is the mission of the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce Student of the Month Program?
MISSION To bring the community together to honor and praise our local high school seniors for demonstrating character, integrity, love of learning, involvement in school activities, athletics, and community service. Or the ability to overcome challenging life circumstances without compromising their education. The “heartbeat” of Student of the Month is the student who makes a difference in their home, school and community with sincerity and passion. They must be college or trade-school-bound.
4. Random Wristband Day's
Wear your red wristband to school every day! WSB and PBIS will be surprising students and/or classes with promotional treats.
5. GOHS - Clean Campus Efforts
In an effort to maintain a clean and welcoming campus, we kindly remind all students to properly dispose of their trash before the end of lunch.
Students will have the opportunity to earn 30 minutes of community service every Thursday by collecting a full bag of trash during lunch and returning it to the PBIS room.

Online Drivers Ed Fundraiser!
GOHS students who are starting to get driving will need to take an online drivers ed course!
When selecting the best course use Your Drivers Ed Online!
Course is $24.99. 50% of the cost will go back to GOHS Rho Kappa Social Studies Honor Society.
7. Winter Wish Nomination Form
Hey Wolfpack! Coming up this semester is our Winter Wish Rally! Grant a wish for one of your peers or teachers. List it below (Give a thoughtful and meaningful response) .
Some examples for wishes:
- I nominate ____ because they volunteer at the animal shelter every weekend and donate food and toys!
- I nominate ____ because they take time out of their day to hangout and invite the special needs kids to eat lunch with them.
- I nominate ____ because they're a positive person and they go out of their way to greet and talk to the teachers and supervisors on campus!
- I nominate ____ because they are always nice to their peers and call for a helping hand when they need help in class!
