Students enjoyed making bottle rockets, where they got to use drilling machines, make parachutes, and be engineers for a day. They are already looking forward to the next takeoff. Thank you to Mr. Manoury for helping launch the rockets.
From the Nurse's Office!!!
We are hosting a dental screening at Mann Middle School Friday, November 22. The health office staff will be putting consent forms (Eng/Sp) in each teacher's mail box for their advisory students.
SY Health will offer a dental screening by a dentist or a dental screening and fluoride varnish. The dentist will determine if further dental care is needed. The health office and SY Health will work together to make sure students who need follow up are linked with a dentist.
SY Health's goal is the return of all students' consent forms, regardless of participation. When 100% of the consent forms are returned to the advisory teacher, SY Health will give the teacher a $25 gift card.
Students- help us get this money for your teacher! When you get the form, please ask your family to fill it out and return as soon as possible.
Questions? Call the health office and we are happy to assist.
