We recognize that finding a therapist can be hard. Many have waitlists or different financial eligibility/payment plans. Because of this, we recommend speaking with your pedestrian to see if there are in-network or partnered therapists available.

Another useful tool is psychologytoday.com. Here you can add multiple filters while viewing a small bio and credentials of available therapists.

Teens are trained to talk with their peers about a wide variety of concerns, as well as refer callers to specialized agencies that can further address their needs.

Hello Students & Families

My name is Chelsea Bogrow and I am your School Counselor. I have been with Seattle Public Schools since the 22-23 school year. I split my time between two K-8's and love being able to work with all grades! I am a California native, but after completing all my schooling in Seattle, I loved it so much I decided to stay forever.
