Literature Review Committee 24/25
Dear PYLUSD Community,
The Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD) is seeking individuals to serve as members of our "Literature Review Committee" for the 2024-25 school year. We welcome collaborative and creative educators and community members who are committed to adding novels or texts to core curriculum which support essential standards while enriching curriculum for our K-12 students.
The Literature Review Committee examines novels and texts through different perspectives, including community members, teachers, administrators, and district personnel. Members will meet four times this year from 4:00-5:00pm in the District Office Board Room located at 1301 E. Orangethorpe Ave. Placentia, CA 92870. Please see the schedule below:

The committee will analyze proposed/requested texts to be placed on the district's core and extended literature list. We encourage you to apply for membership using the link below if you have any interest, expertise or passion for reading.
