To sign your choir student up for our annual spring trip, please complete the commitment form below by October 10th. You will then receive a registration link from the tour company to pay their deposit by October 15th.

Choir Fees & How to Pay

Choir Fees are Due Oct. 13th

From the Treasurer:

Dear Choir Parents:

It was great to see such a great turnout at our parent meeting. I know we covered a lot of material, but I wanted to follow-up with a few tips and clarifications for making payments for choir fees and polos.

Payments for both choir fees ($135) and choir polos ($25) can be made either via check or via CutTime.

Cash or Check: Checks can be placed in the choir room lock boxes available at both campuses. Checks will be picked up periodically and credit applied for payment in CutTime. Please include your student's name on the check.

Choir fees are due October 15th

Red choir polo fees are posted for all freshman and a few senior high students that requested new polos. If your freshman student does not need a polo (able to borrow from a former choir member), please let me know and I will remove that request for payment in CutTime.

If CutTime is still reflecting a polo payment is due for your senior high student or if there is an issue for a payment already made, please let me know.

Choir Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorship Opportunities

Parents,

We are excited to offer TWHS Choir sponsorships this year! These sponsorships support the department in areas beyond regular budgetary needs. Funds raised through sponsorships will be used to purchase needed items, replenish uniform needs, and supplement travel expenses. We have four levels of sponsorship available with various perks associated with each level. We are also offering Friends of TWHS Choir, a perfect way for family and friends to support our TWHS Choir students. Find more information and donate at twhschoir.org. If you would like your company logo or your name listed in the program for the October 8 Fall Concert, sponsorships must be received by Wednesday, October 2. If you have any questions about sponsorships or if you have a lead for a potential sponsor, please contact Aarthi and Christie at twhschoirsponsors@gmail.com. Region Choir Auditions

Region Choir Auditions are on Saturday, October 26

Region is the second round of the All-State Choir audition process. The auditions are at Tomball Memorial HS. We will meet at 6:45 am at TWHS SENIOR CAMPUS and take buses to Tomball Memorial. More details will be sent to all students who are auditioning and their parents to the phone numbers listed in CutTime.
