Thank you so much for coming to the HB Carnival last Friday night. From my perspective, the night was a total success. Students and their families enjoyed the festive atmosphere, the games, the bounce houses, and the food. Our silent auction garnered tons of interest and bids, and tons of people walked away from the cake walk with some really delicious desserts.

These events aren't possible without the PTA whose number one goal is to enhance the school experience for all of our kids. A special thank you goes out to Jene Shipman (Carnival Chairperson) and Terasa Reyes (Carnival Committee member). Jene and Terasa have volunteered their time to the students of Herndon Barstow for several years. This year marked their last HB Carnival, as their children are moving on to Rio Vista next year. Thank you for all of your years of service to HB!

They are a phenomenal group of educators who pride themselves on connecting with students and working to provide the best educational experience for every child.
