ACTION REQUIRED | 2021-2022 SUBSTITUTE REASONABLE ASSURANCE FORM, EXTENDED DEADLINE JULY 7, 2021
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the substitute re-enrollment forms for the 2021-2022 school year were sent to your district email on April 30th through the DocuSign system. All substitutes are required to review & electronically sign the document by the extended deadline July 7, 2021 if planning to return in the fall as a substitute in Dallas ISD.
Substitutes will continue to receive an email notification from DocuSign if the form has not been completed. The Substitute Office does not have access to your personal email - you must check your district email in order to complete the form.
In the event, you are unable to submit your re-enrollment form via DocuSign, individuals may download the re-enrollment form and email it to substitute@dallasisd.org.
If you need further assistance or have forgotten your email address, please contact the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) at 972-925-5630.
Unfortunately, the Substitute Office has no way of resetting the password on your behalf.
ACTION REQUIRED FOR ALL SUBSTITUTES | FRONTLINE SYSTEM UPGRADE EFFECTIVE JUNE 21, 2021!!
Thank you for a great year! We are happy to announce that Dallas Independent School District will be upgrading the Frontline Absence Management (formerly AESOP) system. The new system will allow us to utilize improved functionality associated with the updated Frontline Insights Platform. The upgrade will be effective June 21, 2021. Substitutes will no longer use www.aesoponline.com to accept assignments.
All substitutes have been sent a personal invitation email to your district email account. Substitutes are required to click the link in their district email to create a Frontline ID & password. We highly encourage you to continue using your district email for the Frontline ID.
If you have an existing Frontline ID account, click “Sign in with your Frontline ID.” If you do not have an existing Frontline ID account, click “Create a Frontline ID.” Enter a username, password, email address, and click “I accept the terms and conditions." Then click “Create Frontline ID” and you are all set! 😊
Moving forward, please only login using your new Frontline ID & password with the link below:

The Substitute Office would like to thank those who attended the June 22nd Substitute Summer Professional Development hosted by Substitute Facilitator, Brandy Nealy!
Summer professional development allows substitute teachers to interact and share experiences in a supportive environment. All training will be held virtually. Please note - trainings are voluntary and will be non-compensated. Once again, thank you all who registered and attended!

DALLAS ISD 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR CALENDAR
What calendar does my school use? CLICK HERE!
There are three different Dallas ISD 2021-2022 school year calendars. The majority of campuses will have a base calendar. All high schools will follow the base calendar.
Forty-one schools will have an Intersession calendar, and five schools will have a School Day Redesign Calendar. The alternative calendars are one part of a comprehensive effort Dallas ISD is taking to help ensure the pandemic doesn’t have a long-lasting negative impact on student learning.
Schools will begin as early as August 2nd - substitutes are eligible to begin accepting assignments at those campuses.

SUMMER PROGRAMMING
As referenced in the District Compensation Handbook (Pg.43), substitute employees are not eligible to receive supplemental earnings during summer programming.
Substitutes will not have access to log into the biometric clock during summer programming.

If you wish to update any information (such as phone numbers or addresses) make sure you log into your Oracle account to do so. All district information including Absence Management (AESOP) is pulled from Oracle, so if you want to make any changes you will need to do it through the Oracle portal. Use the steps below:
1. Log in to Oracle at https://goo.gl/HDKwcv
2. Click the "DISD Employee Self-Service" folder under the "Main Menu"
3. Click the "Employee Self-Service" folder
4. Click the "Human Capital Management Information" folder
5. Click the "Personal Information" link
6. Browse the field you would like to change and click "update"
7. Follow the prompts and enter in the required information
8. Click "Submit"
