Hello FPCS Families!

With Thanksgiving right around the corner, I want to take a moment to say thank you for allowing me and the rest of the FPCS team to serve your family. Our focus continues to be on providing excellent customer service through a quality sponsor teacher-home teacher connection, supporting your educational journey and being responsive to your needs. I know that you have options, and we are honored that you have chosen to partner with us this year.

I want to update you that we are working to hire additional staff in our reimbursement department so that we can get things sent over to the school district office as quickly as possible since they are running about 4 weeks or so once we hand it over. We want to be sure our handling is as quick as possible. Please let myself or Dru Corbin know if you know of anyone that would be interested in this position! For the quickest reimbursement processing, be sure to respond quickly to any emails from the reimbursement department with missing items. Give us a call if what you need to provide is unclear. Remember that the receipt must show the last 4 digits of the credit card number used to make the purchase, if it does not have that, you will need to submit your credit card statement that includes the purchase and your name printed on the statement. Feel free to redact any other information.
