St Bonaventure's
Exam Results Edition
HEADTEACHER MESSAGE
Dear Parents and Carers,
I hope this newsletter finds you well and that you all have enjoyed a restful summer holiday.
The start of the academic year is always an exciting time in the school calendar. It is a time of new beginnings for all of us with the opportunity to focus on the coming year with enthusiasm and
a renewed sense of vigour and hope. Both result days this summer were another time for celebration with pupils achieving highly and progressing onto the next stage of their education.
This week we have welcomed into our community at St Bonaventure's our new years 7 and 12 along with the return of pupils who have made the transition into a new year group. The start of term has been excellent and pupils have made a very positive start. They are a credit to you all.
Thank you for all you do to support St Bonaventure's by working in collaboration with us. Please continue to keep the school in your prayers. I look forward to seeing all pupils develop, academically and spiritually, throughout the next year whilst reaching their full potential.
God Bless
Mr C McCormack

This success comes as another significant milestone for the school, following its impressive results in the Post-16 exams last week and helping many students to secure places at top universities. It also reflects the broad, balanced, and holistic education that St Bonaventure's provides, enabling individuals to grow academically, spiritually, and socially with strong pastoral support.

Prayer
At the beginning of this new school we implore your mercy: bless the students, teachers, and staff of our Catholic schools that together we may grow in faith, hope, and love as we learn from you and each other how to follow your Son Jesus Christ.
Expand the horizons of our minds, so that we may grow in wisdom, understanding, and knowledge; deepen our commitment to seek the truth of your ways; and enliven our faith to reach out to those in need.
In your holy name, we pray, Amen.
