AUGUST - VOLUME 2 [8/30/24]
As we approach the end of August, we are filled with immense pride and gratitude for the incredible start to our school year. Our scholars and educators have truly impressed us with their dedication, enthusiasm, and hard work.
We have smoothly transitioned into our routines and procedures, and it is heartening to see everyone working diligently to create a positive and productive learning environment. Our classrooms are buzzing with energy and excitement as students engage in their studies and participate in various activities.
This year, our theme is “The Sky’s the Limit.” It embodies our commitment to reaching for the stars, trying our best, and pushing through challenges. We have already seen so many examples of this spirit in action. Our educators are going above and beyond to inspire and support our students, and our scholars are embracing every opportunity to learn and grow.
As we continue this journey together, we encourage everyone to maintain this momentum. Let’s support one another, stay focused on our goals, and make this school year one of the best yet. Remember, the sky’s the limit!
Thank you for being a part of the Riverside School family. Here’s to a successful and enriching year ahead!
Warm regards,
Heather Kama-Starr and Kyle Cohen

ARRIVAL AND DISMISSAL REMINDER
Thank you to all of the families who have been following our daily arrival and dismissal procedures.
As a reminder, please DO NOT cut across from Glencliffe Avenue to Montrose Avenue. All families need to enter the line by turning off Warren onto Montrose Avenue and then turning to the left and going up along the curb side of the building.
As an additional reminder, unless there is an emergency, we do not release children between 3:00PM-4:00PM without a phone call to the office before 12:00PM.
CARPOOL CARDS
Anyone picking up a scholar from Riverside must have an orange 'carpool card' with them. If you need extra copies or did not receive a card, please contact the main office.
