A Message from Superintendent Joe Koch

We are quickly approaching our winter break. We have much to celebrate in our district between student success and growth in the classroom, on the stage, and in athletic competition. I hope all of our students, families, and staff are able to take some much needed time to recharge and reset for the new year!

Remember that our final school day before break is Friday, December 20. School will resume on Thursday, January 2, 2025.

Winter Weather Closing Information

Winter weather is here! Be sure to review MASD's procedures for closing school due to extreme cold or unsafe roads.

District Outdoor Wifi

Public Service Announcement: Have you dropped your phone/bluetooth/radio signal while driving past one of our schools? Particularly near the Hwy 83 intersection by Metro Market and Park View Middle School or Mukwonago High School? This is because your mobile device is picking up a signal from our school's outdoor Wi-Fi and is momentarily pausing in an attempt to connect to it. Outdoor Wi-Fi was installed for school safety purposes and the signal can sometimes reach as far as the street or neighboring homes/businesses.

Download the Zonar MyView app from the App Store or Google Play.
Enter our district code (MASD1).
Enter your child's school ID number.
Create alert zones around drop-off and pick-up points.

When your child's bus enters an alert zone, you will receive notifications by email or text.

Our 2025 4K Parent Information Night will be held Thursday, January 9, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. It will be held at the Greenwald Foundation PAC at Mukwonago High School. Don't miss it!

Parents United Events for 2024-25

Parents United is a coalition of 26 school districts in collaboration with educators, community resources and related service providers focused on empowering parents of children

with disabilities to become effective advocates and informed decision-makers. This non-profit community-based organization provides regular informational workshops featuring experts presenting a wide range of topics relative to students with disabilities and their families.

Gals on the Go Winter Workshops!

The days between Christmas and New Years can be loooooong, especially for some kiddos. We are here to help you break up that lull between the holidays and sneak in some important life skills.

Join Gals on the Go at one of their popular WINTER WORKSHOPS. Calm, Cool & Capable for boys or Frenemies 101 for girls. Just for kids 7-10 years old. Held in Hartland on Monday, December 30. The kids have fun while they are learning and life skills and tools!

The Mukwonago Area School District and Muskego-Norway School District have united to create a digital job board for current students and recent graduates.
