Dear Infinity Community,
Whew! We are almost through February! We have had a lot of interesting weather the last six weeks that have made the need for flexibility in our schedule a necessity. Thank you for your patience as we battle the unpredictability of our weather.
Despite the weather, we continue working hard with your students! We have been in and out of a lot of classrooms since we returned and your kids are making great progress. There have also been a lot of cool things going on after our school day. Our wrestling team continues to compete, our spring musical is in full swing, our after school clubs are rocking and rolling, and we had a great turnout at Celebrate the Arts at Cherokee Trail High School last Tuesday. We have a lot of exceptionally talented middle school students!
Our last round of conferences will be on Thursday, March 6th from 8:45-3:15! We appreciate the conversations and partnerships throughout the year thus far. Our last day will be a student-led conference (see below) with sign-ups for various sessions. If you would like to attend, we anticipate on sending out the sign-up forms early next week.
As always, thank you for your partnership. We believe that our CCSD schools are a part of the community, and are here to serve our community. We couldn't do this without your support!

If you are picking up or dropping of your student in our north/back parking lot please do not park in the outside lane. That is the bus lane and is impeding our busses from dropping off or picking up our students.
Please don't turn left. If you are traveling North or South on Harvest please do not U-turn at the intersection in front of parking lot entrance. We have had multiple close calls with kids and traffic accidents. We will continue to work with the city to see if we can find alternative solutions in the future, but for now we need to work together for the safety of our community.
Regular daily school attendance is a critical factor in school success. Students who are chronically absent from school are at risk of falling behind in academic learning. Poor attendance in early grades can influence whether children read proficiently by the end of third grade. By sixth grade, chronic absence can be a predictor of whether a student is at risk for dropping out of school. Help us meet our goal of having every child in school every day.
